Delivery Policy

Orders will usually be despatched the following working day of order acceptance and subject to availability. All UK goods will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or designated courier service.

Please note all deliveries will need to be signed for on arrival, which means we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

Overseas deliveries may take longer depending on customs.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, a calling card will be left providing a contact number to call to re-arrange delivery.

International delivery is available worldwide.

All prices are quoted in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of posting the information. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods ordered plus delivery. For customers overseas, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
