Returns and Refunds Policy
We believe you will be delighted with your Cuskina product. However if you are not and wish to return your goods then you may do so providing we receive them within 14working days of receipt. Before returning any product, you must obtain a 'return merchandise reference number' by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of receipt of goods.
Please indicate in your email, the reason for the goods being returned. All returned goods should be in perfect condition in their original packaging (including dust bag). It is your responsibility that the goods are not damaged in transit. Please write the return merchandise reference number clearly on the outside of the package. Please note that any goods which are returned without an official returns reference number will not be accepted.
Post and packaging will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Should the goods be faulty we will cover all costs for postage and will offer you an exchange if the product is in stock or a refund.
Refunds to you will be made within 14days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Discounted items can be returned on an exchange basis only.
This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.
